I spotted this poster on the UNSW CAPS notice board. Some of these things I definitely need to do more of.

- Share something that makes you laugh
- Swim in the ocean
- Remember we all make mistakes
- Say no when you need to
- Cook a meal from scratch
- Tell someone you love them
- Play your favourite song
- Do more of what’s important to you
- Be proud of who you are
- Celebrate when things go well
